The Holding Company

One seat. Many companies. A single mandate to compound.

Epic Dominion Ventures Corp is the holding company at the head of the group. It does not run the day-to-day of any single trade — it owns the operating companies, sets the standard they acquire by, and deploys the capital that lets them grow.

Acquisitions are run from here. Each operating company hunts within its own lane; EDVC provides the framework, the forensics, and the capital that turn an asset-rich target into a lasting part of the platform.

The Acquisition Mandate

Asset-rich businesses, strengthened and integrated.

We take strategic and controlling positions in businesses whose real value lies in their assets — warehouses and fleets, customer bases and recurring revenue, licenses and skilled operators — on one of two strategies.

Every target is scored against the same five-pillar standard, carried through a tracked pipeline of evaluation and due diligence, and — where it fits — merged with complementary companies into a single powerhouse.

The Acquisition Framework

Two paths to ownership.

Every deal runs on one of two models — chosen around the owner’s goals and the shape of the business.

Strategy I

The Operating Partnership Model

We come in as a partner-investor — injecting capital and capability and taking a controlling or strategic stake, while preserving everything that already works.

  • Controlling or strategic position, never a strip-and-flip
  • Capital and operational support that lighten the owner’s load
  • Financial forensics first — cut cost, not efficiency
  • Built to strengthen the business, then scale it

Strategy II

The Growth-for-Equity Model

For owners ready to step back. The owner tapers out of day-to-day responsibility and provides up to 100% seller financing while we build growth and cash flow.

  • Owner is relieved of true operational responsibility
  • Continues to receive a reduced income through the build
  • On reaching growth, full departure compensation is paid
  • Optional retained equity stake — security and appreciation for the financing

The Structure

Who acquires what.

From the holding company down to the industries each operating company is built to acquire.

Operating Mandates

Each company, its own hunt.

Four operating companies, four acquisition lanes — so every target lands where it strengthens the platform most.

The Evaluation Standard

One worksheet. Five verdicts.

Every target is scored against the same standard before a deal advances — five weighted pillars, each rated one to five, against a verified checklist.

I

Financial Health

Three years of P&L, tax returns that match revenue, clean debt, and consistent positive cash flow.

II

Client Base

No client over 30% of revenue, transferable contracts, and a diverse, loyal customer base.

III

Operations

Equipment, key operators willing to stay, capacity to scale, documented SOPs, and clean compliance.

IV

Market Position

Established brand, a clear competitive edge, a growing market, and proprietary processes or IP.

V

Integration Potential

Fit with trade and R&D strategy, usable logistics, and vertical integration under EDVC.

The Pipeline

From screening to close.

I

Screening

A quick filter against mandate, profile, and headline financials decides what advances.

II

Evaluation

The full worksheet — the five-pillar score and verified checklist on every candidate.

III

Due Diligence

CPA financial forensics and attorney legal review, with structure and terms shaped to fit.

IV

Close & Integrate

Closed, leadership assigned, and the company onboarded into the platform and scaled.

Mergers & Ecosystem

Built into a powerhouse.

Beyond single acquisitions, we merge companies across separate and complementary industries — combining their strengths into one capability no single business could carry alone.

"Mergers protect the people inside them. A larger, integrated company means real job security — and both vertical and horizontal career growth, within each business and across the wider ecosystem."
— EDVC Global Holdings

Principle I

Complementary mergers

Companies in separate or adjacent industries combined into a single powerhouse of capability.

Principle II

Job security

Scale and integration give employees a stability a small standalone business rarely can.

Principle III

Career growth, both ways

Vertical advancement and horizontal movement — within the company and across the ecosystem.
